Author Guidelines

Papers must report a substantial advance in an area of novel computing that is both original and significant.
Regular paper submissions are 10 (ten) pages maximum (exclusive of bibliography). They will be published in the proceedings and one of the authors is required to attend the conference to make a full presentation of the work.
Short paper submissions are 5 (five) pages maximum, (exclusive of bibliography). They will be published in the proceedings (5 pages) and one of the authors is required to attend the conference to make a short presentation of the work.
Formatting instructions for all papers: they must be written in English and use standard IEEE two-column conference templates that can be downloaded from ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process. We will follow a double-blind review process. All paper submission PDFs must be ANONYMOUS and without author affiliations.
